2 ripe Hass avocados
1/2 a bunch of cilantro (chopped)
1 Serrano pepper *with seeds if you want it extra spicy (chopped)
Sea-salt to taste
Optional: 1 tablespoon of sour cream for a more creamy guac
Choose the right avocado. It should feel squishy yet firm, and be a nice dark green to black color on the outside.
Cut the avocado in half and then remove the pit. Save 1-2 pits.
Scoop the avocados and place in a bowl with the pits.
Add the lime juice and salt.
Using the back of a fork, mash until smooth or until desired consistency is achieved.
Fold in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
