Veronica’s Oven-Baked Chicken

Looking for an easy, college-friendly dinner recipe? Veronica Argentieri shares one of her favorite go-to dishes so even if you’re a beginner in the kitchen, you can master how to make perfectly baked chicken with this simple and healthy recipe!

Ingredients:

 

2 lbs. chicken (breast, legs, or thighs)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon. oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 tablespoons butter  

 

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 370° F.

Grease a baking pan with butter or cooking spray.

In a small bowl combine garlic powder, oregano, paprika, and black pepper.

Place butter over each chicken breast.

Generously coat seasoning mixture on both sides of chicken.

Place chicken in baking pan.

Bake for 20 to 40 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the middle.

Serve alongside your favorite vegetables and enjoy!
