Ben’s Veggie Dip

Ingredients

Veggies

1 3/4 cups of fresh corn
40 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 15 oz. can of black beans, rinsed and drained
2 avocados diced
1 red onion diced
1/4 cup cilantro

Dressing

2 Tbsp of olive oil
1 lemon ( juiced)
1-2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Directions

Simply combine all ingredients into a large bowl and enjoy with your choice of chips.
