Free Concerts in Park Funded by Levitt Foundation

The California Center for the Arts recently won a contest from the Levitt Foundation which will sponsor ten free concerts in Grape Day Park.

All concerts take place on a Saturday at 4:00pm. 

August 25th Run River North. Indie rock band with opening act Coral Bells.

September 8th E.N. Young. Reggae Rocker with opening act Inna Vision.

September 15th Sidewalk Chalk. Hip hop group with opening act The Lyrical Groove.

September 22nd La Patronal. Latin American brass band with opening act Euphoria Brass.

September 29th Ladama. Latin American contemporary/tradition musical traditions. Ranges from acoustic to electric with influences from the US, Columbia, Venezuela, and Brazil. Opening act Jimmy & Enrique.

October 6th Alice Wallace. Contemporary country music with opening act Lisa Sanders, Brown Sugar and Friends.

October 13th Digging Roots. Reggae, blues, and hip-hop inspired band with opening act Anthony “Fallbrook Kid” Cullins.

October 20th Metalachi. Heavy Metal Mariachi band with opening act Los Hollywood.

October 27th Kingsley Flood. Alternative/Indie

November 3rd Las Cafeteras. Modern-day troubadours with opening act Dueto Dos Rosas.
