Catholic T-Shirt Business Opens on Campus

by Patrick Lynch

Students at JPCatholic open a Catholic T-Shirt company called Faithful Habit with the goal to evangelize though inspiring designs for young adults.

Griffin Lane and Connor McLaughlin, the heads of the new company, thought of the idea of a subtle catholic T-Shirt business and put it into practice. Griffin Lane commented, “Our goal is to produce shirts that use art and symbolism to promote the faith.”

Connor commented that one of their goals with this company is to provide people with the opportunity to evangelize in an effective way. Griffin added that he hopes to get initial business experience, especially so that he can learn marketing skills to help him in his career after graduation.

Lately they have been primarily advertising to get the word out about their company. Some of their ads have been running on Facebook and Instagram, but they have also been contacting youth groups and other big groups who they hope would be interested in the product.

All of their shirt designs have been created by them in house. Their shirts go for $18 each or $15 if bought in bulk. All shirts have free shipping, and price can be further reduced if the order is delivered/picked up in person.

If you’re intrested in purchasing a shirt, you can find the link on their Facebook and Instagram at “www.facebook.com/faithfulhabit/“.
